KHAITE accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
